Do you think Chelsea can spend £115m on Caicedo?

Jurgen Klopp on Dominik Szoboszlai’s Anfield Debut vs Bournemouth

Chelsea learned that the hard way on Sunday afternoon after losing 3-1 to West Ham United at the London Stadium, having spent close to a billion pounds on signings since Todd Boehly arrived at the club.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side recently spent £115million to beat Liverpool to the signing of Moises Caicedo, who endured a debut to forget in the capital.
The Ecuadorian conceded a penalty shortly after being sent on as a substitute against West Ham, enabling Lucas Paqueta to slam home from the spot and make sure of the three points.
Caicedo is a very gifted player, make no mistake about it, but his performance was rather ironic. The eventual scoreline brought a very wide smile to my face due to its timely nature. It proved to be a decent weekend of results for us with Newcastle and Manchester United losing, although Manchester City won.
Speaking of City, Pep Guardiola was absolutely spot on in terms of what he recently said regarding how the public would be reacting if it was his side embarking upon the same spending spree as Chelsea.
City would have been slaughtered if they were acting in the same manner during the current window and there should be serious questions asked about the way in which Chelsea are going about things.
There are a number of Liverpool supporters who want to see FSG splashing out on big names, which I can understand to a degree, but Chelsea have shown everyone there is no point just throwing money at anyone and everyone.
One player we have brought to the club is Wataru Endo, who arrives as somewhat of an unknown quantity. He may not have been the player people were crying out for, but I trust Jurgen Klopp to bring the right people to the club.
