Updates on Ryan Gravenberch, Piero Hincapie, and Mohamed Salah are included in the most recent Liverpool transfer rumors.
On Sunday afternoon, Liverpool will play again in the Premier League when they take on Newcastle United at St. James’ Park.
Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Wataru Endo have already been added to Jurgen Klopp’s team, but the Anfield club is still looking for further midfield reinforcements, with a number of names being connected.
Mohamed Salah is reportedly interested in joining the Saudi Pro League in the meantime. The ECHO believes, however, that Liverpool will not attempt to offload the attacker before the deadline for transfers on Friday.
And the most recent Reds-related transfer rumors are listed here.
Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has reportedly agreed terms in principle over a move to Al-Ittihad.
Salah has been linked with interest from Al-Ittihad for almost a month, with his representative Ramy Abbas Issa taking to social media on August 7 to address the speculation by writing: “If we considered leaving LFC this year, we wouldn’t have renewed the contract last summer. Mohamed remains committed to LFC.”
If Liverpool wants to sign defender Piero Hincapie from Bayer Leverkusen this summer, they will have to make a “completely immoral offer.”
Sport Witness cites German tabloid BILD as saying that the German club has no plans to trade the defender unless Liverpool makes a sizable offer for him. According to the report, the Reds would have to make an offer of €70 million.
Hincapie moved to Leverkusen in the summer of 2021 and played 43 times for his team last year in all competitions. He extended his contract in February, and it now runs through 2027.
