Liverpool

Newcastle United will have a full Liverpool squad despite two players being ruled out and one being a doubt.

Wataru Endo of Liverpool is expected to start for the Reds for the first time, although Jurgen Klopp will be concerned about Ibrahima Konate’s health.

When Liverpool travels to Newcastle United on Sunday, they will face yet another challenging test.

The Magpies present challenging competition for Jurgen Klopp’s team as they aim to maintain their outstanding home form under Eddie Howe as they go for their second straight victory. Newcastle has Champions League games scheduled, unlike the Reds, but Liverpool will want to ruin the celebration at St. James’ Park to reassert their aspirations.

Liverpool’s season began on the road against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. With four points from their first two games and the addition of Wataru Endo, who appeared in the win over AFC Bournemouth’s second half, a victory for the Reds would give them a huge confidence boost moving into the next game.
The formation that Klopp has used, with Trent Alexander-Arnold occasionally playing the hybrid role, has been the subject of much discussion.
In addition, it is unknown if Ibrahima Konate will participate in Liverpool’s journey to the North East. Following the victory last Saturday, Klopp acknowledged that the Frenchman had a muscle problem and was questionable.
Ibou is a question,” the Reds manager stated. 40 minutes of play with 10 men didn’t help. He has an injury to a muscle.

It’s always ‘we could do this, we could do that’ in this room. Perhaps one day you’ll spend a day in my chair and deal with everything else as well.

“In a perfect world, we would have six, seven, or eight center-halves and be completely covered; right now, there’s no doubt that we depend on luck with injuries. I am convinced that the boys we have are of the highest caliber.

We’ll do everything we can to have a squad ready to respond to pretty much anything in the coming week. That seems possible. We’ll find out.

Last time out at Anfield, Stefan Bajcetic was a surprise addition to the squad. However, according to Klopp, Curtis Jones and Thiago Alcantara won’t be ready for the match against Eddie Howe’s team. Although Alexander-Arnold left the game against Bournemouth limping, he did not sustain any permanent injuries.
