On the final day of the transfer window, Ryan Gravenberch, Liverpool’s fourth new addition, will be finalized for £38.5 million.
Following a deal agreed between Liverpool and Bayern Munich on Thursday evening, Gravenberch is scheduled to finalize his move to Anfield on Friday.
The Dutchman will cost the Reds an initial £34.25 million, with an additional £4.25 million agreed upon in variable add-ons.
If everything goes according to plan, Liverpool will announce Gravenberch as the fourth summer signing long before the 11 p.m. deadline.
After that, Jurgen Klopp and his team might have a quiet deadline day because no other hires are anticipated beyond the 21-year-old, Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Wataru Endo.
James Pearce of The Athletic claims that Gravenberch’s acquisition is “likely to be the last” for Liverpool.
After Nat Phillips, Sepp van den Berg, Billy Koumetio, and Rhys Williams left the team, many fans had hoped that a new center-back would be added.

However, with Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, and Joel Matip as Klopp’s other senior options at the back, the team appears poised to advance.
The 20-year-old Jarell Quansah made his debut in Newcastle’s 2-1 comeback victory and is now expected to be used as the team’s fifth-choice center-back.
Also improbable are any significant departures, amid reports that Mohamed Salah will fetch £150 million from Al-Ittihad.
Children like Tyler Morton, Mateusz Musialowski, Luke Chambers, Melkamu Frauendorf, and Bobby Clark might all depart on loan agreements.
