Dominik Szoboszlai has been praised by Jurgen Klopp for being a “top bloke” after his long-range “grenade” assisted Liverpool in coming back to defeat Leicester 3-1.
Szoboszlai turned the match at Anfield on its head in just five minutes after coming off the bench, scoring a long-range goal to make it 2-1.
Cody Gakpo had already canceled out Kasey McAteer’s opening shot, but Liverpool was given a boost to advance to the fourth round with the introduction of both Szoboszlai and Darwin Nunez.
The Hungarian scored twice for the team, and his most recent strike was as bit as impressive as his first. Klopp was questioned about if he had encouraged his No. 8 to shoot from those positions.
